UPSC OTR registration process started on 18 August 2022. How to Apply for UPSC One Time Registration (OTR)
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) started the One Time Registration (OTR) process on 18 August 2022. Candidates who want to apply for any UPSC recruitment exam must first complete the OTR registration. This system helps save time because most of the basic details are automatically filled in future application forms.
Steps to Complete UPSC OTR Registration
Visit the official UPSC website upsc.gov.in or use the direct link available in the Important Links section.
On the homepage, click on the “New Registration” option.
Enter the required basic details, such as:

Father’s Name
Mother’s Name
Mobile Number
Email ID
High School (Class 10) Roll Number
Carefully verify all the OTR profile details and submit the registration form.
An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID. Enter the OTP to verify your account.
After successful verification, the OTR ID will appear on the screen. Candidates should save, download, or print the OTR profile for future reference.
Log in using your Mobile Number / Email ID / OTR ID along with the OTP received on your registered contact details.
Create or change your OTR password and complete the profile setup.
